Welcome to Gig Buddy. By downloading, accessing, or using Gig Buddy (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms,” “Agreement”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Overview

Gig Buddy is a mobile application designed to help music lovers discover concerts, connect with friends, and find companions to attend events together.

These Terms govern your use of the App and your purchase of subscriptions and services offered through the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Gig Buddy offers both free and premium features. Premium access is available via auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchase options.

Subscription Plans

Weekly Plan: 1-week subscription, auto-renewable. ($4.99 / week)
Monthly Plan: 30-day subscription, auto-renewable. ($14.99 / month)
Annual Plan: 12-month subscription, auto-renewable. ($89.99 / annual)
Lifetime Plan: One-time payment, non-renewable. ($149.99 / one-time)

Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. Use of the App

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Misuse the messaging or matching features (harassment, spam, offensive content).
Copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the App without permission.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your account.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that you will find friends, attend events, or achieve any particular outcome through the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gig Buddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App and take effect immediately upon posting.
